OUR CORE PROGRAM aims to empower Black males through workforce development, community & economic development, gun violence prevention, and mental health & wellness initiatives. We focus on increasing social capital, cultivating soft skills, and fostering productive members of society.

Chester Suits: Our flagship program equips men with functional skills and business attire for the workforce through workshops on Dress for Success, Resume Creation, and Mock Interviews. By providing men from the underserved urban inner city of Chester, PA, with the tools and resources they need to succeed, we are creating opportunities for economic empowerment and social mobility.

Mentality Mondays: Focusing on mental health & wellness, this program offers workshops on conflict resolution, anger management, and stress reduction. By addressing the root causes of mental health challenges and providing individuals with the tools and support they need to thrive, we are building a healthier and more resilient community.

The Five Pillars of Leadership for Black Boys: Purpose: The "Five Pillars of Leadership for Black Boys" workshop series spans 5 weeks, with each session lasting one hour. Tailored for high school-aged Black males, this program aims to empower participants through self-awareness, empowerment, and leadership development. It provides essential tools, knowledge, and confidence to navigate societal challenges successfully.

 Participants will:

· Develop a robust understanding of their values and leadership style.

· Acquire skills in educational resilience, goal-setting, and achievement.

· Learn effective leadership and communication techniques to positively influence their communities.

· Gain strategies for overcoming adversity and maintaining a positive self-image.

· Understand the importance of mental health in achieving personal and leadership goals, equipped with tools for managing stress and emotional well-being.
