In loving memory of "Sharif," who departed this world at the tender age of 19 after valiantly battling leukemia for two years, we proudly present The Sherif Nehemiah Freeman Jacobs Scholarship.
Sharif's legacy is marked by his remarkable intelligence and extraordinary talent in the field of art. Throughout middle school and high school, he garnered numerous accolades, winning several art competitions.
Sharif's aspirations were as grand as his heart was generous. He dreamed of furthering his education at Lincoln University of Pennsylvania and becoming a member of the esteemed Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.
In honor of his work, one of Sharif's pictures is featured on a mural of a building located at Widener University in Chester, PA.
